  A long time supporter of Toy Soldiers, Sgt.Voltor is a friendly face when you walk onto the TSU forums. Always there to greet and help guide a new soldier. He is creative with electronics like synthesizers and really just about anything he can get his hands on.
  
  Sgt.Voltor has always participated in online events and activities as well as sending in reports of his real world activities. He is a prime example being his own leader and doing things on his own! This year Sgt.Voltor had an awesome tire cover made with our Toy Soldier logo on it and is driving around that prime piece of propaganda as we speak!
  
  He is a friendly, accepting person who many look forward to seeing online every day!
  
  We want you to have this award and remember that all your efforts and commitment matter to us all!
