I’ll be there so long as I can get the time off from work, but its looking favorable. If you need any help covering the table, financially as well as physical coverage, just let me know. Do you have any idea what you’re decorations are going to look like, even if its a napkin drawing?

thanks ill def take help with all of that. financially i wont know till they release vendor info. table decorations i was waiting on till i heard for people so we could all put some input into it. any thoughts you have please post. i know ill have my smaller PA mixer with some speakers and my lap top to have people sign up on the spot.

Just to confirm, what is the standard booth size? More precisely, what is the footprint we have to work with? I’m also hoping there will be power? I’ll start getting some sketches together, but are we thinking in terms of themes we want to carry?

i believe the booth size is either 10ftx10ft or 8ftx8ft. yes there is power the booths come with a table once again i believe its an 8fter. i check there site daily to see if they have posted any vandor info but nothing is up yet.

Make up the table? Black and yellow plastic tablecloths from Dollar Tree. Lay down the yellow one first, then cut some cool stripes or some shit out of the black one, and lay it over. (Probably need an adhesive of some sort.) Face the table with the TSU banner (if that thing still exists/is in circulation.) Maybe put up some posters, or one big one? Also, rather than just lay the prop down, maybe we can makeshift up some displays?

dark has shown me his idea for the booth and looks freakn sweet!! Also Rock and Shock has still yet post any info other then what we know already i will keep everyone updated as info is released.
