200 grams powdered sugar
200 grams shredded coconut
4 egg whites
Make sure your bowl is clean and dry.
Whip egg whites into stiff peaks then slowly add sugar while whisking.
In the end carefully fold in coconut.
Transfer small blobs onto baking paper either using 2 spoons or be fancy and finally use the piping bag you have forgot about.
Bake in the oven on 120 degrees C for 25 minutes or until dry (but try to keep them mostly white)
Cool down before consumption
