This past Halloween weekend, soldiers from all over donned their best zombie costumes to participate in various local zombie walks!
In California, members of the #661 Catatonic Division participated in the second annual SCV Zombie March, a charity event with a food drive to benefit the Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry. Soldiers gathered food donations (over 25 cans!) into a large box, Steelified by Drone. They passed out stickers, tattoos, bookmarks, and manifestos as they marched through the streets, and attended a zombie party afterward. In attendance were Toy Scout Drone, Sgt. Delilah V. Madcap, Sky Marshall Jonny B. Goode, Sgt. RotorHawk, Scout Tintype13, A Fellow Named Chris, and Sky Mistress Murrah E. Mayhem. Check out the Flickr album here!
In Ohio, JediMom and General Arbiter of the #1929 Northeast Ohio Muddle formed a two-man invasion of their town’s very first Zombie Walk! There were about 50 participants, to which JediMom passed out lots of “FUN!” Cards.
And in Concepción, Chile, the #041 Psycho Plushies Division invaded their local Zombie Walk, passing out propaganda (customized in Spanish!) and Steelified candies to fellow zombie participants. In attendance were Nicole LooksUp, Dani, Pansito, and Juste Valentine.
Great work soldiers!
