The invasion of the 13th anniversary of the largest anime convention in the Colorado Rockies, Nan Desu Kan, by Division #7, Mountain Regiment was a success!
This strategic infiltration was lead by Rev. Geoff Nicholson who made his appearance in the guise of Dr. Steel, himself! Toy Soldiers and “Clone 37” were subjected to several hundred photo opportunities, and were recognized and supported by tens of people! Propaganda flowed steadily throughout the three day invasion event while “37” worked his magic (with the help of delicious brainwashing cupcakes) with talks about building utopian playlands, bacon-flavoured robots, and world domination!
Propaganda stickers that were spread throughout the convention quickly found themselves applied to laptops, cashboxes, backpacks, sketchbooks, and whatever else people seemed to have handy! At one point, a woman reportedly from London, UK approached “37” and not that she was surprised to see him here! After a chat, she reportedly dashed off to get a camera, took pictures, and then noted that “he” is “…very large in England”! Well, of course!!!
