Who ever said that water and fire do not mix? In Providence, Rhode Island, they do! One hundred bonfires will blaze along three rivers in downtown Providence on August 8th, and TS KristyScene, TS Sgt. Fedora, and Division #01101 (Bristol County Black Ops) will be there!
Bring your manifestos, your sample CDs, your propaganda DVDs, and your love of wood smoke to the invasion of the annual Waterfire Providence sculpture! This event attracts thousands of people from around the world! That means a huge variety of fresh minds to brainwash for the Good Doctor!
At 5:30 pm, Toy Soldiers (and anyone who does not know their way to the invasion), will be meeting at the Division 01101 HQ, the location of which is on a “need to know” basis. If you are planning to attend this invasion and want to meet at HQ, please contact TS KristyScene. If you are more familiar with Providence, or cannot make it to HQ, then plan to meet on the south lawn of the State House between 6:30 and 7:00pm. The State house is located just northwest of the train station, providing quick and easy access for any traveling soldiers!
The fires are scheduled to be lit, courtesy of laser-eyed robots, at 7:56pm, and the Black Ops will be ready! Three to four teams of soldiers will be assembled and dispersed throughout the event to maximize propaganda distribution to all of the major Waterfire areas. A central distribution point will be established for propaganda refills, and all teams will be rotated through each area during the event.
