You could always just print out an 8.5x11 version of any of the propaganda posters above, take it to a photo-imaging or printing house and see if they can blow it up to poster size. Another way of doing so, is downloading it to cd-rom in a pdf/jpeg format that way it won't degrade as they enlarge the image.
