Medieval France Invasion Success

On July 14th, members of the #31 French Utopian Division met at the Narbonnaise Gate at 1400 for the invasion of the historical Walled Town of Carcassonne.

Carcassonne’s roots run deep and stretch well back into the Middle Ages. This town historically stood as a symbol of power on an ever changing frontier in an era of trial and turmoil. Mickey Clownsoldier payed tribute to this medieval symbol by leading F.U.D. in an advance towards a Utopian Playland. The invasion strategy included propaganda distribution, photo ops, sword fights, and a picnic. The day’s activities then culminated in a grand display of fireworks!
