PAX 09 Invasion - Success!

In the very convincing guise of our beloved Future World Emperor, Rev. Geoff Nicholson lead a seasoned group of Toy Soldiers in the invasion of Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) 2009 in downtown Seattle, Washington! PAX is a festival of fun for tabletop, video game, and PC gamers that included dedicated tournaments, free play areas, nerdcore concerts, panel discussions, and an exhibitors hall! The event was chock-full of talented and creative people looking forward to having fun, and the Toy Soldier invasion force did not let them down!

In merely a single circuit of the convention center, Toy Soldiers had successfully distributed three-quarters of their approximately ten pounds of propaganda and were recognized by convention goers more times than they could keep count of. The public was reported by Toy Soldiers as being, "...insatiable, taking pictures in the most out of the way places!" resulting in Soldiers being included in so many photo shoots that they started to see stars! Not even the robots could keep the photographers at bay when Steel Clone struck a pose (it was a good thing his goggles ward off the worst of the flashes)!

By the end of the day, PAX participants were familiar with the message of Doctor Steel, having had the opportunity to see it, live it, and enjoy Seattle's brand of a Utopian Playland!
