Operation: Leaflet Distribution
1: Print out numerous copies of the Manifesto leaflet
2:Distribute leaflet through various means eg: street corner soap box, planted inside library books, magazines and newspapers, placed in a bottle and thrown out to sea etc
3: Photograph people reading manifesto and send to Dr.Steel.
