- 28 Jun 2009 - Tinker is this weeks soldier of the week due to his constant support of both the Doctor and his fellow Soldiers.. Tinker has displayed great creativity, both in his regular propaganda efforts as well as his work as a member of the CHEER division, and sends out a steady stream of care packages and cards.
